Choose the Right Ribbon for Your Application
Pure Wax — Normal (In Stock) The standard choice for everyday label printing on coated paper. Reliable, cost-effective, and compatible with most thermal transfer printers.
⚠️ Important: Pure wax print is susceptible to smudging under friction, moisture, and heat. If your labels go through rough handling, outdoor exposure, or chemical contact - consider a wax-resin or resin ribbon instead.
Wax-Resin — Basic (Available on Order) A quarter-resin blend that offers noticeably better resistance to scratching and light abrasion. Good for courier bags, logistics labels, and anything handled frequently.
Wax-Resin — Premium (Non Smudge) (Available on Order) Half wax, half resin. Smudge-proof on paper labels. The preferred choice for pharmaceuticals, food packaging, and high-volume runs where print clarity must hold up.
Pure Resin — Ultra (Available on Order) Full resin formulation. Non-smudge, built for synthetic substrates like polyester films. The most durable option for harsh environments, chemical exposure, and long-life labels.
